For any activity on the WebMaster Central page you need to be logged in using your Live account or MSN or Hotmail ids. On the Webmaster Central page you have provision for adding your website as well as submitting it’s XML site map. It always good to submit an XML sitemap which makes it easy for search engines to crawl your website. After that you will be provided with a verification mechanism where you will have to choose between two methods. We would recommend using the XML file upload method to verify your domain. After which Bing will notify you that your site has been added to their index.
