2 easy ways to submit your website to Bing search engine

We have already told you about Bing’s Webmaster central and how you can use it to submit your website to Bing and to troubleshoot the crawling and indexing of your site. All this requires you to have a valid MSN account and log into the account in order to be able to use the Bing’s Webmaster Central. But there also exist ways to submit your website and sitemaps to Bing without logging in. In this article we will tell you 2 ways in which you can submit your website to Bing search engine without even logging in to the Bing Webmaster Central.

To request that Bing crawl your site, submit your site’s domain to http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx.

To submit your Sitemap:

To submit an XML-based Sitemap for your site, copy and paste the below URL into the address bar of your browser–be sure to change “www.YourWebAddress.com” to your domain name–and then press ENTER:

http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?sitemap=www.YourWebAddress.com/sitemap.xml

For eg: Our sitemap is located at http://digitizor.com/sitemap.xml so we would use the address: http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?sitemap=digitizor.com/sitemap.xml to submit the sitemap to Bing.
