The war between Angry Birds and the green pigs seem to be getting bigger and bigger. The attempt to bring about peace between the birds and the pigs did not work.

In fact, Angry Birds has reached mammoth proportion now. Yesterday Rovio, the maker of the Angry Birds game, tweeted that the game has reached seven million downloads on Android. Seven million downloads is a huge number – but if you consider the fact that Angry Birds was on released last month, the number becomes even more impressive.

And there is good news for all those calling for an ad-free paid version of the game for Android. Rovio also tweeted earlier today that ad-free version is coming soon. Up till now only ad-supported free version is available for Android.
