Allegations are surfacing that Microsoft the technology behind Kinect from Colombian inventor Carlos Anzola. Anzola is said to have developed a similar technology, which he called the Human interface Electronic Decive (HiE-D), in 2007.

We have now been hearing about rumors that Microsoft is possibly developing drivers and a software development kit in order to allow developers to build applications leveraging the power of the Kinect.
