Mozilla has decided to drop the support of Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) in future Firefox releases. This change will be introduced later this year when Firefox changes its rendering engine from Gecko 1.9.2 to Gecko 1.9.3.

Mozilla has released  version 1.0 of its bookmark syncing tool for Firefox, Weave Sync. Although other syncing tool addons are available for Firefox, Weave Sync is officially designed by Firefox. Weave Sync supports not only bookmarks buat also supports syncing history, open tabs, passwords, preferences, and Firefox 3’s advanced Location Bar data.

Yes, our very favourite Firefox is now 5 years older. Launched way back in 2004, Firefox has definitely revolutionized the way we used to browse the World Wide Web. It added new wings to the browser’s capabilities by introducing the ‘ add-ons ’. Thank you Firefox for everything !
