The guys at Facebook have been really doing some great job. The fact that their entire team is so young, creativity just keeps rolling. Here is a video which pretty much sums up what is it like to work this fast growing company which started from a dorm room in Harvard.

One tech thing which I liked about in the video is when Chris, VP of Products talks about the Facebook Photos application and how they managed to defeat all other well established web based photo management applications, with just one awesome feature - Photo tagging. This one feature itself connects a photograph to the one's in it in a dramatic fashion.

No doubt Facebook has been successful in stealing some hours of good sleep from the owners of other gigantic web companies. Given a chance I would definitely look forward to working at Facebook and be a part of something which the world has never witnessed ever!
