Lernid – Learning from the Ubuntu learning events to get a lot easier!

learning-branding-largeLernid is a nice little program which is makes connecting to the learning events that Ubuntu organises a lot easier. It is being developed by Jono Bacon.

Although it is at a very early development stage, Jono has released a snapshot and I must admit it looks quite good. When you connect, you will be presented with a schedule and a chatbox.

If want to try it out, here is how to do it:

Warning: As I have already said above, it is at a very early stage of development. So, treat it as such.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonobacon
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install lernid

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonobacon

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install lernid
