Twitter has been on the news of late, the reason this time being their downtimes, which don`t seem to get fixed at all. I mean all twitter addicts just cant make it easy with out twitting. But then there are some people I know those who have taken to friendfeed as an alternative.
Now, here is Plurk, [www.plurk.com] a solution to all your twitter problems. The webdesign and the colors have been done too nicely by the plurk guys. Orange all over, but the colors can kill ur mind (not, literally) at times. The interface is not that as simple as twitter`s is, but is feature rich. There is is thise nice time line feature which arranges your plurks according to days dates and times and you can horizonattly scroll through them. This feature is really good in case someone who has been out of touch with you can find out what exactly have you been up to these days.
You guys can switch to plurk for a few days and then move over to twitter again
