The Android 3.0 “Honeycomb” Logo Is A Bee

Google has not officially brought out the giant statue for Android 3.0 “Honeycomb”. But like all the others before it, the logo was expected to be a honeycomb. However, according files found in the preview of the Honeycomb SDK that was released yesterday, the logo for Honeycomb is a blue bumble bee.

The logo has  a TRON-ish glow to it and, from what we have seen so far of the theme used in Honeycomb, this Android bee will fit right in.

Personally, I love this logo. What about you?

I bet a glowing blue Android bee would look awesome in Google’s lawn. 🙂
