For accessing the new privacy settings, first go to your Facebook Account's Privacy settings page. On this page you can find Edit your settings link under Applications and Websites at the bottom left of the page.
Click on the Edit your settings link that takes you to new set of privacy settings for your Facebook account that lets you choose what all information would you like to share with your non-living friends on Facebook that is the Games, Applications and Websites.
On this page, you can see a section called Applications you use at the very beginning of the page. It lists some of your recently used applications with their thumbnails. Now click on this Turn off all platform applications link which will show you a Facebook dialog box with all your authorised applications and also a checkbox to select all your applications. Now you can either selectively choose the applications to be disabled or check the select all box to select all applications at once.
