In the patent battle between Apple and Samsung, a very surprising agreement has been reached - Samsung agreed to not sell of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. Apple is suing Samsung for infringing on ten patents which ranges from "looks and feel" to the touch screen.

The patent war between HTC and Apple is about to get a lot interesting. Earlier this month, HTC announced that they are acquiring S3 Graphics Co. for $300 million. By acquiring S3 Graphics, HTC will come in possession of S3 Graphics' patent portfolio. HTC is now threatening to use these newly acquired patents to take the fight back to Apple.
